    Maybe she was just very unhygenic. I don't think sexuality makes you dislike any specific tastes or smells.

      The general consensus is that humans are born without an instinctive dislike of any particular aroma. Unlike many other animals, that's not part of the neural wiring that develops prior to birth. As far as tastes and smells are concerned, all our likes and dislikes are learned.
