When I finish at the urinal, a few trickles usually run down my leg even though I shake vigorously.

    I have to wear guards in my underwear for the same thing. They aren't incontinent underwear but simple guards you can slip in front under your underwear.

    My dribbling started at 40 after my surgeries and i have to wear diapers.. that is normal now for me.. I used to be very embarrassed about it. I am a slight build and get cold easily.. so diapers keep me dry and warm.

    not normal , its neuropathy in the lower spin . the nerves to the urinary system are kaput. you should treat it yourself. Multi B vitamin helps. I dont have any dribble issues but it causes my balls to itch all the time when nothing is wrong. It can also cause impotence.

    It is quite normal. You can get some thick towelling pants to make sure you dont appear to have wet yourself
