Is it normal for a guy to shave his armpits?

I shave my armpits. Why do I do it? not for aesthetic reasons, but because it greatly reduces the odor. Am I the only one who does this?

    Its not normal, but its a good thing. O wish more men did, armpit hair is gross

    Nothing wrong with a guy that does this. Armpit hair is disgusting on either gender.

      A smooth hairless body is very attractive. But it helps if you have a nice physique. Laser hair removal is pricey.
      However, tattoos i feel are defiling. So is being a obese or simply unhealthy.

    Body builders remove all the body hair to enhance the muscle definition. Swimmers also remove body hair to reduce drag coefficients. I only shave my legs. To me legs look better without hair. I don't do my arms chest or genitals.I am not guilty about it and I could care less about what others may think. I'm straight but occasionally indulge in behavior that some may consider kinky. I am 6-8 240 lbs and rarely have been called a homosexual once someone inferred i was and my answer was: You are fairly lucky I'm a good natured guy. I wiped the smile off his face instantly.His alternative was to step outside unless he was nothing but a lousy yellow bellied coward.

    If I were to remove armpit hair I would laser it away. The scraping of armpit hair is awful.
