Is it normal for a man not to wipe his penis after he pees with toilet paper?

Somehow the topic came up when I was speaking to my husband a while back... he mentioned for whatever reason he doesn't need to wipe his penis with toilet paper when he pees... he just shakes it off... that just sounds weird to me. He claims it's normal... sounds kinda gross. Is it normal for men to not wipe their penis after peeing and just shake it off?

    I'm cut & I wipe with the exception of public urinals. Then I shake. When you shake it you never know where the hell it's going to land.

    I think it is gross. Simply shaking it won't get all of the urine and smells out. If there is even a little left and it gets on his clothing- yuck! There's going to be smells and stains.

    I would think it perfectly normal for a cut penis, though probably less so for uncircumcised ones.

      Wrong Dude. My parents didn't get some guy to mutilate my genitals when I was a baby and I don't have to wipe, you can just pull the forskin back if you have to.
