Is it normal for a woman to be into women's feet?

I've read that foot kinks/fetishes come about because the parts of the brain that handles feet and genitalia are relatively close. But is this the case for women too?

It seems very common for men to have foot kinks or fetishes, but much less so for women (even bisexual girls and lesbians). I feel like I'm an odd one out for finding pretty feet absurdly attractive.
