Try to redirect her anger away from hollywood celebrities and get her to focus on politicians - that would actully do more good than harm! lol

To be honest, yes, I think it's normal. Your 11-year-old see the attention celebrities get and how much superior people treat them. Therefore, she thinks they're not like any other regular human being since they're not treated as such. Not so sure about the last part of hurting them because they're cute.

Hahaha, no. It's normal to have thoughts like this, but I'm concerned that she actually wrote it on a school assignment. Definitely have a talk with her, and maybe take her to a counsellor or psychiatrist.
It seems like that 11 year old has some anger problems, and probably some self-image issues.

By the way, if this was actually written by someone older, it shows extreme immaturity and stupidity.

To be honest, this post concerned me a bit, but I would need some context before analyzing it more thoroughly. It's highly possible that this child is suffering from some form of mental illness, but it's also possible that he/she was just trying to be funny. I would keep an eye on the kid and look for possible signs of violent tendencies in the future. If you feel that he or she might be a danger to him/herself or others, I'd advise you to report the behavior to someone, or, if you are in a position of authority over this child, seek help for him or her.
