Is it normal for black people to bring their kids out late at night?

I work at a pool hall, be nice and not racist but friday is mostly black people late at night, which is fine, the annoying part is they bring a ton of kids out til like 3 in the morning, like 5 year olds. The kids run all over the place and the parents gamble on pool games. I hate kids and wanted to know if this is a cultural thing or what?

In America, I've seen it as a lower income family type thing. In Australia, my upper middle class suburb and surrounds are full of irresponsible cunts who let their kids stay up til all hours.

Not putting kids to bed at a reasonable hour is neglect, as far as I'm concerned.

Ugh, its not a cultural thing. It depends on the area and the level of income.

Plus, think about it, it makes sense. Friday night means no school and work for most, and the pool is a nice middle ground; as in the children can play in the safety of the lifeguard/pool staff, while the adults can relax.

And Hispanics bring their kids to the bar and whites leave their kids in the cars for hours while they are in a strip club or casino or store.

  Im not trying to talk bad about black people, just white and spanish guys don't ever seem to bring 4 kids aged 1 to 5 in at midnight and stay til 3

Better this then left alone.

Babysitters cost money.
I'll never say there's something wrong with parents that spend time with their kids.
