Is it normal for blood to leak from your skull

Bubble-shaped scabs of dry blood form on my head throughout the day. After I take a shower in the morning they're gone. I never actually see blood on my fingers when I touch them. Is this normal.

    Could be something like pimples on your head if you got a skin problem over all... I have those sometimes... Annoying but nothing to worry about I think...
