Is it normal for coworkers to not accept a corporate takeover

So I took over an office by very brutal means and fired the old manager. She was really well liked. We did not let her say goodbye or even get her stuff. We slashed all benefits and have 100's of new rules.Including no coffee, bathroom breaks no lunch breaks and no talking whatsoever. The workers don't seem to be falling in line quite like I thought they would. They do their work, but are not following all the new rules put in place. They said half the rules are illegal. They said they can't remember the rules because I change them every day.And if they read all the memos I sent out, they wouldn't have time to work.We did let quite a few people know they were fired when they came in this morning.Which caused a whole new set of problems, because four of the temps sent to replace the fired workers want to quit after an hour of working.

Why do I get the impression that this is taking a sly gash at Trump?

The employees will have your head on a stick within a month........................that is when they're not kicking your head around as a soccer ball........................your decapitated body will be strung up over a toilet with all your memos stuffed in the rectum. :)

  • If they act up just slash health care and vacation. Visibly award these to those who do well, your yes men. Give only these people power, management, raises. Punish people by making them work off the clock. Make a clear class distinction between management and the laborers. I've built a fine company by doing this and more. Next time you want a burrito, come to Taco Bell. The franchise may charge more and portion less than advertised, but that's out of my concern.
