Started to notice recently when I cum after masturbating my cum is much thicker, and is almost like jelly, rather than when it used to be more liquid. Is this normal?

Nobody under 18 should be this site so it shouldn't apply, but the texture of semen changes from being as liquid as water to something thicker as boys go through puberty.
Assuming you're well past that developmental stage, has the weather been hot where you are so you've been sweating a lot? If so, are you sure you've increased your water intake to take account of this? Dehydration can result in semen becoming thicker.
It's not really something to worry about as long there haven't been other changes like a bad smell or a colour change.
