Is it normal for everyone in the office to be fucking?

I dont know if maybe this is how most jobs work but I am curious. The Job I use to work for was sex crazed. We also didnt get a lot of sociol interaction time as it was against the rules to talk to coworkers. There was a lot of gay males, and gay females working there as well. Basically every male would try to score with every female who was not OPENLY gay or taken already, every gay male would try to score on every other gay man, and the gay chicks would reguarly flirt, spot out, and hang with other gay chicks, and some of the unmarried straight females would pursue the dudes, like the managers and hire ups.

Now the older staff which was in thier late 20s, to 30s who made more then everyone else at 15-18 an hour and worked there for many years were very proffesional and behaved like a school coach would. Probobly the only proffesional people there, but some of the lower paid managers would basically predetor in on new, and new temp staffers to try to have sex with. I just curious is this how it works in most places? It was a very large place, and generally before this I worked small places as stocking in the back of places like Marshall or target for example. I figured maybe becuase it was a large work place with several people in it that was more normal.I went from being Stock Boy to Warehouse worker at a large warehouse for a major distributer.
