Is it normal for gravity to hurt my bones and cause damage?

I finally laid down on the floor to ease the pain. I'm 320 pounds and am now crawling on the floor on a regular basis. I put my snacks and drinks on the floor to make it easier to reach. Is this normal?

It's not gravity that's the problem, it's the fact that you're very overweight. You know what you need to do about that

Sounds quite sad. Go on a diet and start exercising if you care about yourself. Just ignore the haters who try to shame you into diet and exercise, do it for yourself!
