Every once in a while you come across someone who has a constant grin on their face. Is this a mental disorder or some kind of facial muscle problem, like strabismus (lazy eye)?

    I only have a permanent smile on my face when I'm around certain people. I guess it depends on my mood and the mood of others around me.

    ..or if I'm on ecstasy.

    i know what you mean and i think it's more like how someone's facial features are shaped - they just got a mouth shape that is always smiling... some animals are like that too
