Is it normal for my nearly 2 decade old ear piercing to bleed

i got my main lobe piercing 15+ years ago. since those years, i wore a gold loop, but i recently got it removed. is it normal for the piercing to get irritated and bleed a little, when my other 4 piercings are fine? any suggestions for treating a supposed infection would be greatly appreciated
* for now i have been greasing it with coconut oil

    Clean it like 2 times a day and keep greasing it

      okay! is greasing it with coco oil good or should i use something else?

    Normal to bleed a bit but not to use coco oil. Get some Neosporin it’s otc. Wash it with alcohol or peroxide first.
