Is it normal for my scalp to annoy to the point that i want to scalp myself?

Seriously, sometimes the itching of my scalp annoys me so much that a part of me wants to let my hair grow so I can grab it, drag a knife around it, and remove it. Or ask somebody to scalp me for me.
