Is it normal for people in the military to not have a driver license

I know a lot of people who joined the military without a license and still dont have one. However there is virtually 0 information on this type of thing. I kind of wondering what people do in these cases when they get out if they never got one before they went in. Is it really super easy to just get one when your in and that why people dont ever talk about it?
