Is it normal for people to be so annoyed by slamming doors and flashlights

so my 17 year old whines a lot and told on me for shining a flashlight in her face and waking her up repeatedly when she was trying to sleep by yelling do you have to go potty over and over and over and over again to our dog at the top of out lungs because the dog is deaf.because no one lets them out enough even though they say they do.I also woke the neighbours up and they got even angrier when I kept calling them liars and saying they are wrong over and over.She kept screaming for me to leave her alone and I kept repeating everything she said and calling her a liar.She also hates me slamming the doors all the time and stomp pacing outside her door. Why can't she ignore me.Everyone says I was harassing her but I say I didn't so I didn't and that cancels it out. end of story.
