Is it normal for some random guy in the streets to want to fight me?

As soon as I'm going home, I see this guy yelling at me saying " Yo! wanna fight? ", it's to the point where I'm feeling scared of people in where I live, it's filled with crazy people like that. To this day I just feel scared, scared if he ever comes back and comes near me.

    Unless you are 50lbs bigger than the guy you're always gonna be scared before a fight. That's just your body doing it's thing.

    Get you a punching bag and learn how to punch good. Every man should learn to defend himself.
