It seems to be a normal occurrence in schools for the students to complain. I try not to complain about it, because I've realized that it won't change a thing. The only thing that would change it is by graduating.
I only ever complained about one teacher throughout high school.
Since I only had a shit teacher for one year, I'm going with yes.
It's a pretty vague question. I try not to complain about homework, but my classmates and I joke around about our teachers. I think complaining, whether we like it or not, is a pretty normal part of a school's social makeup.
Hell I loved school, it was not till advanced chemistry, physics, and advanced circuitry, all in college, that I started bitching!
Bitching about anything and everything is an important part of being a student. I think the ones you're talking about were replaced by body snatchers!
I'm fairly sure that it is more normal to complain than otherwise. Although I find complaining to be idiotic. If you don't like that you're getting an opportunity to do what billions will never get the chance to do because they actually expect you to work to achieve what you want then get out of the class and don't register so someone that appreciates education can have the chance to fill the spot.
I hear it quite a bit from the idiots in my classes. Mainly kids who are only going to college because their parents only provided one other alternative to them: getting a job.
I, personally, rarely complain unless it's legit. however, i'm sure i have heard someone complain at least once in every class i've taken, usually about the God forsaken "hard work." People want everything to come so easily and to go their way.
