Is it normal for young adult to nap 2 hours everyday after work?

I'm on my feet all day (factory work) is it normal to nap 2 hours everyday after work and still sleep 5-6 hours at night?

Sometimes I feel guilty or like I wasted my day when I nap in the afternoon.

    The vast majority of people need between 7 and 9 hours of sleep.

    If you only sleep 5-6 hours at night... it is totally normal to take a long nap of a few hours later in the day.

    I nap three times a day for about 10-15 minutes.

      That's a superpower. After 10-15 minutes I'm lucky if I'm even beginning to feel drowsy

    If that's your sleep pattern, go with it. If you start real early, I can see why you'd be tired. But also, tell your doctor to be sure. He may do bloodwork to see if you're anemic.

    As a young adult I wanted to take 2-hour naps even on days I didn't work. Totally normal

    Get a treadmill you wont want to sleep until after you workout. You'll want to do more productive shit if you're in shape. Alot of times not being physically fit will drain you.
