Is it normal for young hoarders look old for their age?

My family moved around a lot over the years and there was always a hoarder house everytime.

The hoarder houses would be stuffed to the brim with stuff and the yard would be too. Sometimes a bad smell and rats too. I used to be pretty social as a kid and would hang out with all the neighbors.

The hoarding people were in their late 20s to early 30's and they'd have saggy faces, deep under eye wrinkles, and teeth missing. My parents and teachers were in those age brackets and looked nothing like that. Also none of the people that hoarded did drugs. They did have emotional issues and ate junk food. They would be so rude with me when I tried to help them clean when they asked me to.

Thinking back now hanging in filthy houses probably wasn't a good idea for my health.

I suspect they had a lot of issues that lead to them hoarding which aged them. In hindsight is it possible they were also alcoholics? It can be hard to tell as a child.

They probably have a lot of trauma, and family of origin issues. Also deeply depressed people tend to take not as good care of themselves as normies do, because they don't have the motivation.

Nope, I'm a hoarder, I'm 25 and people tell me all the time I look 15. Also, I hate all the hoarder hate, like why do people despise us so much?

Cuz it makes fires in neighborhoods more dangerous (just something I could think of)
