Is it normal for your nipples to go inside you

My nipples have been hurting for some reason. I stopped to look at them and one of them has gone all the way into me. The other one is fine. Is there a way to fix this since its kind of painful. Would I be able hook it out?

    try to put a heat compress on it and don't wear a bra to sleep if you do. nipples usually go "inside" when not hard so maybe try to arouse yourself to see if it goes back to normal. if not, tell your parent about the pain , don't go into detail about it being inside if you're embarassed
