Bleeding gums is a result of not flossing enough. What you need to do is to continue to floss on a regular basis, hopefully the problem with the bleeding gums will eventually stop. Also you probably need to make an appointment to get your teeth cleaned, and find out if you are in need of a deep scale cleaning beneath the gum line.

Gingivitis or Periodontal disease is the leading cause of tooth loss. If you don't know what I am talking about please Google the terms. Please continue to floss your teeth on a regular basis!

Not usually normal. Make sure you are getting enough vitamin C or increase your fruit intake. Floss first and then brush. When flossing do it gently so your gums don't bleed. They have to be given time to heal.

It's normal for that to happen especially if you are the kind of person that doesn't do it often.
