A mild amount of resting tremor is common in everyone and nothing to worry about.

Do you do any heavy lifting or work behind a computer for most of the day? Maybe they're just exhausted from all the strain.

i try to go to the gym and do sit infront of a computer regularly. I was never really aware of these shakes until about a week ago , now im hyperaware of them! I figured maybe this was a normal thing!

ive had it since about 12 years old, they aren't really bad but it's noticeable to others and sometimes my neck or wrists twitch and mess up what i'm doing, i take beta blockers for it now though

Did they start off unnoticeable like mine? and how old are you now? I get the same senstation sometimes when i do this with my ankle, arms, legs, shoulders. Kind of like a 'racheting'I have no idea if i have always had this or not , but i am just noticing it!

I don't really remember but I lately it seems like they're getting slightly worse, it does get worse with age but very gradually I think... I'm 23 now. It's also very genetic, maybe someone in yor close family has it..? My dad has it and my grandmother (his mom) did too

how bad has it gotten with your dad? No one in my family has et. It sounds scary, im only 27! My brothers wrist does this too. My forearm extensor muscles have been feeling really tired recently too, does et cause fatigue for you? I read that its rare for et to effect your feet. im hoping that strain is enhancing something ive always had, since i get the same feeling in my ankle when doing that movement. Sh!T!!!

I copied what you did while watching your video and have to say, I don't experience any shaking. So I don't know if you're the normal one or if I'm the normal one but yeah, that's just my own experience!
