Is it normal goddamn hemorrhoids

No time or money for a doctor. I’ve always had hemorrhoids (probably genetic) but lately it’s been somewhat worse.

-long car rides causes
-bike riding at all causes
-long periods of seating w/o a good cushion causes
-some blood (bright red not dark red) may show up when I shit

-I am skinny
-weak core
-excessive masturbation
-eat unhealthily

Is this a somewhat “normal” condition? Can it be easily amended?

When I was teen I had painful bloody hemorrhoids and my parents couldn't afford to get me to a doctor. I fixed it by eating more fiber AND drinking more water. After two months that shitting knives sensation went away.

It's not necessarily an unhealthy diet that causes difficult bowel movements; some foods pass more easily than others. You just need to introduce more fiber and liquids. For instance, drink more water. You may also consider carbonated water, since that's been shown to improve digestion.

The main cause of hemorrhoids is not eating a proper diet and thus having less than ideal bowel movements. Both diarrhea and hard stool can cause them. (Although straining to use the bathroom due to hard stool certainly causes hemorrhoids more frequently.)

Fun fact, however, red foods can make it seem like you have bloody stool when you don't. I used to drink red cream soda fairly often and it would occasionally result in red diarrhea.
