I woke up a realized that I forgot to get more lady products yesterday so I had to scramble around looking for one. This made me think back to I guy I was with and on a few occasions I asked if he could get me a box of tampons while he was at the store. He refused. Just couldn't do it. One time I had to use some paper towels so I could run to the store and get them. I try to keep these things stocked but I'm not perfect ya know.

So guys, what's the problem? Is there a problem? Can you handle it??

Is it normal for a man to be such a wuss about purchasing feminine products???

It takes a pretty immature guy to fear buying tampons. After all, it would indicate the guy has an intimate relationship with a woman, which I wouldn't think would be a bad thing.

  That's exactly how my husband feels. When I asked him early on in our relationship if it'd embarrass him to buy me feminine productions, he was like why would it, it just shows I'm in a relationship. It's not for him nor is it embarrassing that women have periods. I think the guy who wouldn't get you tampons OP is a complete douchebag. Not thoughtful of your uncomfortable situation.

I've bought them for my mate before, but have to admit I really hoped no one was in line behind me when I paid for them, or have the cashier get on the intercom with "Price check on mondo-max scented tampons for the gentleman at checkout #3!" I'd run! Heheh

Hopefully he was just young and will geow out of it. I find men with sisters have less of an issue with periods in general. And after a few years of living with a woman, hopefully the guy can suck it up and realize that the cashier does not care.

It's not a big deal to me. Sounds like the guy was afraid of what people would think of him when he was seen with them. I'm not gonna lie, it's a little awkward, but in the scheme of things, who cares how people judge you.

Well I had a girlfriend ask me to get her some, once. I went to the store and seeing that there are literally hundreds of options available, I did my best to get what I thought she needed. Have you seen the movie Blended with Adam Sandler? If you have you know what I was up against. Well I bought them and when I got back to her place, she exploded on me because I bought the wrong size. OK she was on her period I get it. But really, you girls know these things come in different sizes, shapes, options and varieties, so give us a little hint as to what we need to get you. Or else shut up when we bring you the wrong ones. Incidentally, she bought her own products after that fiasco.
