Is it normal i’d like to start a jedi class?
If you want more detail, read the book The Jedi Path. Obviously we can’t move objects with our minds or use real lightsabers or anything like that (yet). But a lot of the Jedi philosophy is based on real religious and spiritual schools of thought, and Jediism is an actual official religion. I think it would be cool to start like a karate-type class but with more Star Wars influences (think something along the lines of Yoda training the younglings in Attack of the Clones).
In all honesty though I don’t think I’m patient enough for such a thing, regardless of what age range I’m teaching (although patience and meditation are a part of it) so I more of want to set it up and leave it up to some people more capable than me for the time being. It’s just that when I read the aforementioned book, The Jedi Path, I just kept thinking how cool it would be to be able to teach this sort of thing IRL, and doing something similar may not be as hard as you might think.
