Is it normal i act like people are watching me

I feel like someone's watching me, but not physically ... it's so hard to explain. I act like I would around other people, or I talk to myself in my head the way I would to them or how they would like me to. Perhaps like I'm being watched in a movie.

    Perhaps you have become aware of GOD watching you. Or even Santa's elves, checking the list once or twice to see if you've been naughty or nice.
