Is it normal i always get called a troll on my posts when they are true?

Whenever I post a serious question on IIN, I always get called a troll and insulted. Even though what I have confessed is true and I am not a troll, it makes me feel hurt because my problem is not taken seriously or makes me feel like I really AM a freak because nobody could possibly have that problem - so therefore, they are a troll.
Sure, I understand there are so many trolls that talk about incest and paedophilia all the time on this site, but my problems and questions are often more obscure, and I go into great detail to explain the problem and my feelings about it, it's not like I've just made it up. And yet, I get called a troll... Is it normal? Does this happen to anyone else? Does it annoy you?

Sorry this happened to you, and sorry if I've called you a troll before. You're right there's just too many on this site to tell sometimes.
I mostly go by language more than content. I accept that people might have serious yet very obscure problems; But when it's written like a bad fan fiction, using lots of flurishes and titillating expressions I assume it's a troll.
But I'm sure I've also written serious comments on troll posts before.

I can relate. It happens to those of us with eccentric lifestyles..

It seems as if many can't begin to fathom a reality that doesn't conform to the uniform existence they wish to see.

They immediately dismiss our polls

  For one I have a North Korean soldier fetish and am only attracted exclusively to East-Asian guys.
  and I have an imaginary friend (actually a couple) 2 of whom have been a boyfriend at some point. One is a North Korean soldier, one is South Korean and his brother and one is a Japanese guy. I write stories about them and I and draw pictures of them. I really wish they were real but obviously I'm just crazy -_-
