Is it normal i always get shin splints
Last time I had it was fall 2019. I was told by my physio 4 years ago that I have overpronation so I bought special shoe insoles for that but by 2019 they were pretty worn down so I guess they werent working anymore. I went with shin splints then for 5 months until my physio offered me ultrasound on my shins 5 appointments which could help and it did. I had a terrible pain in my big toe joint too that he referred me for xray to check but nothing was broken. I bought new shoe insoles late 2019 I got to check my feet on a machine at a sports shop that measured what type of support I need and then the clerk handed me crazy expensive insoles that I bought then a physio said "these arent good enough for your overpronation" which I could feel also, dumb machine was wrong or the clerk fked me.
Today when I took a short walk I could feel really bad pain in my ankles shooting up my shins and my shins are really sore now. Of course I cant afford new insoles I cant afford good shoes either. Im gonna keep suffering with shin splints it sucks because its too painful I cant go for short walks without stopping resting all the time like an old person.
