Is it normal i always have low blood pressure ?

Im 22. Never had any major health issues .

I noticed that everytime while pregnant each time, nurses n docs would constantly comment "wow! Your blood pressure is so low! Like you have no worries in the world"
Not sure what they meant by that.
But even while not pregnant, i still have low blood pressure.
I had it checked during a dental visit and also got a similar comment to the one above.
A diff situation, i was put to sleep with an i.v in my arm. That took a while to get the vein to show. Separately they had to draw blood from a vien on my leg for testing o.e But when i woke up the i.v was in my hand. When i asked why, i was told they had to take it out my arm due to the positon theyd put me in. But couldnt get it back in anywhere else.

Theyve never said anything else about my bp being so low. But i once asked what happens if it gets too low and he said id die. That kind of worried me.

I dont know much about it but is it normal?
