Is it normal i am annoyed with my girlfriend being on her cell phone 24/7

I understand that cell phones are great technology especially when they are smartphones. What annoys me is I get limited time with my girlfriend (twice a month due to employment). In the two days we see each other she will be on her phone for three hours talking to her mother or playing games on it.
I have spoke to her about this before and she gets angry when I politely remind her to put her phone away at the movies, restaurant, or even during sex (believe it or not). I don't know if it's worth the relationship due to this being a problem to me. Is this normal to think this way? She is 39 and I would think someone that old would remember days without cell phones being less busy.

    She obviously doesn't value your time together nearly as much as you do. I'd think that spoke volumes to you. No need to ask us.

    I would dump her. I'm so sorry. That's super frustrating and sad. She obviously doesn't want to give her full attention to you. Find someone who will. :)
