Is it normal i am sick of hearing eat healthy and exercise
I do not believe we should make major attempts to revert back to the practices of our ancestries that you should eat right and exercise or you'll start having medical problems, but should instead embrace our environment and lifestyle as it is. If we do not, would we not be halting our own evolution? I know that certain types of diets are harmful to me in this current era, but wouldn't future generations benefit from me adapting to a new lifestyle of sedentary mal-nutrition? If somewhere down my line, my descendants can survive off high amounts of preservatives, low fiber intake, and metabolize alcohol without problems, I feel as if I'd be doing them a favor. Besides, what's the real complaint? Currently we can experience life expectancies reaching 70-80 yers or even higher, that's like double what it used to be in our own country, even in the last century. Honestly though, I think we should worry less about organic diets and whether or not sitting down too long is killing us, and instead choke down potato chips and sit at our computers for long, late hours, hashing out the science that will allow us to 3-D print new organs. I know this sounds extreme, but really the focus is on continuing to adapt and discovering more of what we don't know, rather than agonizing over how our ancestors tended to die earlier and avoid cancer.
