Is it normal i am unable to make a move?

Hi. :)
I have joined the website a few months ago after joining the university ( thanks to free WiFi).
Few days ago I was watching a movie with my roommate on her laptop and we were on her bed to be more comfortable. She took off her top and I ended up being aroused and hugging her while she was asleep.
I have a special attraction for her and as she is comfortable with it I started being nude too. It led to both of us sleeping nude but I couldn't touch her after that.
We stay in our own beds but I can't sleep till late because of being aroused.
I didn't talk about it to her because I like her and I don't want her to be grossed.
She is a very nice person.
