when im laying bed at night and it's dark i can see patterns that are pill-like shapes falling with words in them. it's the same thing with waves. i can see waves moving around as if they are shapeshifting. it's sort of like after-images except it's not because it's.in the dark..
has anyone else experienced this?
You may just have a really active imagination. I'm sure its not anything to worry about.
Reminds me of when I took abunch of acid at my neighbors house and he fell asleep on me at like 2am like a prick. I had to walk home and since it was dark it seemed like there was like little tables and furniture outside all the way from his house to mine. I was trying to squeeze in between the furniture and kept thinking I was gonna ding my shin on something so I had to walk really slow. I was hoping no one could see me because it looked crazy.
I had this a lot when I was a child. I still get it somrtimes but I have turned it off. I used to see owl eyes and atlas moth wings in the dark regularly. I also saw squiggly lines everywhere. I think my brain just suppressed it over time.
