Is it normal i can't sleep without bath water

Over the past 3 years I can't sleep without listening to the constant sound of bath water running in my ears.. After a few years of depression and anxiety two small children under the age of 3 I wasn't sleeping very much some nights not at all. But then I came across the sound of water running and it gave me shivers all over.. The shivers soothed me and I ended up falling straight to sleep. Now I listen to it every night whilst imagining I'm laying somewhere outside whilst the water fills up over my skin.. I was just wondering if anyone else does this or is it just me?

I listen to the sound of crashing waves when I go to bed.

*Sigh* Why are you constantly saying everything that I think? *sigh again*

PS. Rain on the roof is not bad, either.
