Is it normal i cant figure out how to get a new voting booklet?

In the mail they delivered a book with all the props and what they mean on them. I was reading it and I showed my friend since they asked about the prop. However they decided that after reading(I was not done reading) they would throw it in the garbage can without giving it back to me. I dont know why they would do this but they did and now I dont know who to ask for a new booklet.

    I don't understand. Are you referring to a voting booklet for politics or a prop for a play?

    Go to your town hall or municipal building or whateverthehellyoucallit and ask them for one. They probably have a billion of those pamphlets piled up in a closet somewhere.

    Better yet, they probably have all this info up on their website.

    I dunno, steal a newspaper or magazine from your thoughtless friend, and then throw it away so you'll be even.

    What exactly are you taking about? Are you talking about propositions? Voting as in local, state or national? Try goggling and see what you come up with because it may be different where you are from where others are.
