Is it normal i cant reopen windows defender?

It let me open it easy the first time when I deleted my Norton. However I recently reset it to factory settings and now it wont let me. I turned off the second program that is suppose to block malware. So what am I suppose to do? Why is it not working the second time around?

Rumor on the street is that MS has a micro-penis that is chronically soft.

ENTIRELY NOT NOTMAL. If dinz's comment above me did not work you might be in trouble. Get a new and freshly updated virus check immedietly, as many viruses these days tend to completly destroy access to these.

    • I fixed it. I had to manually turn on windows defender but its not like they make it easy to find. Setting up windows 8 is such a pain.

Open Action Centre by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under System and Security, clicking Review your computer's status. From there you should be able to see if that piece of shit of a programme is activated.
