Is it normal i cant sleep early or wake up late?

I cant sleep early or wake up late. If I do it tends to mess up my digestive track. I have to go to sleep after 12 pm and wake up at 6 am or else everything is ruined. If I got to sleep at 2 or later than I wake up late at like 9 and feel grosse.

    My body works similarly; I can only choose when I go to sleep if I have 24 hours notice; I stay up for an entire 24 hours and stay awake until exactly 6 hours before I have to be up.

    I get exactly six hours sleep, if I go to bed at 4 AM, I'm usually up around 10 - 11 AM.

    If you want to restore your circadiam rhythm which is your sleep cycle you need to get the afternoon sunlight. That tells your body the right sleep cycle. Read the bible at around 8:00 in bed you will pass right out. It sounds like your lack vitamin D
