Is it normal i cant stay 16 hours straight awake ?
i have a serious problem regarding my sleep, i get tired so easily i cant stay awake for the whole day, if i wake up at 10, i feel so exhausted around 2 i cant help it but go to sleep and take a nap, i always put an alerm for 30 min but i keep hitting the snooze button for like a hundred time and i end up sleeping for 3 or 4 hours, today i took a nap for 6 hours for real, and at night i sleep late and wake up late too, im also not regular with my going to bed time, i feel i sleep a lot that im missing life right now, i need more time in the day not sleeping so i can do other things im supposed to do, i eat kinda healthy and go to the gym couple of time s a week, i really envy people who sleep for 6 hours and keep awake all day, i want to be like that, any practical advice please ??
