Is it normal i carb out on snack cakes and muffins?
I cant digest milk and I can only eat so much cheese. To carb out a lot of times I start munching down on cake, muffins, cupcakes, ding dongs, snack cakes. I dont currently have a better way of dealing with my carb cravings or keep a heavy enough diet.
A lot of people recommend cheese and milk to a healthy diet but since I cant digest those I really dont know where else to turn. I kind of starting to believe I am hypoglycemic but dont feel like wasting time at the doctor when I already know I have all the symptoms of one. I am very skinny and its hard regulating my weight since I have to eat constantly and when I dont I start gaining weight, when I eat well I just stay skinny.
