Is it normal i couldn't stand up at first after waking up?
This morning, I tried to stand up, but I couldn't lift myself out of bed. My legs were very weak, and I could only lift myself up a bit before falling again. I eventually had to pull myself up using my bedroom door. After I was on my feet I was fine within a couple of seconds.
This has NEVER happened to me before.
The only thing I could think of that could cause it was that I had worked out harder than I usually do the day before. (I cut half an hour off my time on the path I take)
Could this be a serious problem, or am I overreacting to something that happens all the time?
