is it normal i cover my mouth when i talk ? im self consious about my teeth , theyre yellow with white tips & i have braces . any tips on how to get rid of that? and usually im afraid my breath stinks . & is that normal ?

    This could potentially be bad for your health. But I use Q-tips dipped in Hydrogen Peroxide and rub them on my teeth. Then I rub my teeth with water. You have to be very careful and I only do my front teeth. If this is too scary justuse a whitening toothpaste with Hydrogen Peroxide in it.

    Turn baking soda into a paste w peroxide and use that as tooth paste also rinse with peroxide. It's completely safe and actually better for your teeth and gums.

    Just brush them the best you can maybe with a whitening tooth paste, dont drink anything that can stain them more like coffee and as well try not to be so bothered about what people think.
