Why’s it even needed? Animals don’t do it
Are you the same guy who said and quote
"I don't wipe my ass because animal don't do it"
Here's a practice.
Animals don't live in houses. Leave your house. Live under a rock or a tree.
Animals don't eat cooked food, go eat anything raw you eat.
Animals don't use technology. Stop using Wi-Fi, smart devices etc.
Animals use wings, feet for travel. Stop using vehicles.
Need a big ass book to write all.
We eat fucked up food, drink fucked up drinks, and we need our teeth for a long time thats why.
Animals don’t live nearly as many years so their teeth don’t have to stay good as long as yours do.
I used to not brush my teeth when I was suffering from depression. Now I brush them twice a day and refuse to skip because now I have hypochondria and tomophobia and don't want to to go to a dentist
Animals may not brush their teeth, but they gnaw on things, which is the equivalent of a human using a tooth brush without tooth paste. People in the past chewed on sticks to keep their teeth clean, just as animals do.
You'll regret it. It may not seem that bad now, but gum disease is no joke. The cavities are NOTHING compared to your teeth falling out from periodontitis.
It's needed because as Clunk42 said, animals gnaw on things, which cleans their teeth. Not to mention that humans eat a lot of processed foods (especially anything with sugar in it) that are much worse for your teeth than the foods animals eat, as well as the fact that when animals' teeth rot out and they can't eat anymore, they just die. The vast majority of animals also live nowhere near as long as your average human, so their teeth don't need to last as long.
It's also just basic hygiene. People will not want to be around you if your breath smells (and trust me, it does; just because you don't notice it doesn't mean no one else does). I had a friend several years ago who neglected his hygiene, including brushing his teeth, and it was hard to stand anywhere in his vicinity because you could smell his breath and B.O. from what seemed like a mile away. Not trying to be mean, but just telling you that so you don't embarrass yourself.
You will have a lot of issues with your teeth and gums down the road if you don't start taking care of them, and teeth issues can also lead to other serious issues (IIRC, certain nerves in your teeth are connected to your brain and heart, and so serious decay can also affect those).
I'm the same, but then I got a cavity last year and had to get a filling. I still didn't brush them though after that and so I had to get the same tooth filled again this year when a piece of the tooth broke off. The tooth now is just a thin outer shell with the majority of it just filling. The drilled hole also actually extends across into both teeth either side, so it takes up half the upper row at this stage. It's scary when you're in there and you can feel the size of the hole in your tooth and the remnants that remain. It made me started brushing them much more often now. Even if I can aim for once every two days, that's a huge improvement.
