Is it normal i don't like people expressing too much personality in the workplace

I don't want to deal with extra layers of someone's personal bullshit when completing tasks, and then have to pretend they make the workplace funner. They actually decrease everyone's morale.

    I think if a guy wants to express himself by showing up to work in kilt for instance that it's cool, and maybe even sexy on the right sort of fellow. However, if someone else shows up to work dressed as a clown, and tries to show me magic tricks I wouldn't appreciate it in the least!

    100% keep home at home. If we want to be social, we will be outside of work.
