Is it normal i don't want to download an app for work?
I have always made it a point to seperate my work and personal life. I never bring my personal problems into the workplace and I don't discuss work matters with my boss when i'm not on the clock.
I haven't experienced any problems like this before, but my new workplace is telling me I need to download an app on my phone to get access to the paycheck that i'm entitled to, and that I can't set up my direct deposit until I do it. and now they're saying I have to download another app in order to request specific days off, even though i've made sure to give written and verbal notices in advance.
