Is it normal i dont know how to spell?

It was a spelling test when we had to spell a word given by our teacher in front of class. I could not spell Czechoslovakia and was given F. Is it normal.?

      Everyone was given just one word. I have heard that those grades will not be considered in final results but everyone else got an A or A+ based on their timing and it's only me who failed.
      It was declared that Raphael (me) don't know how to spell.

    English isn't my first language
    But i don't blame you

    Although my first language is one of the most difficult languages to master ,including the spelling, but i learned quickly how to spell correctly (compared to peers)
    I cant say the same thing about English (still ahead of peers though)
