Is it normal i dont really have good hs friends?

All these people talk about how they reconnected with friends from HS and how great it was. Well the ones I connected back with after HS mostly suck. One is a total rapist and does not understand no. So he likes to group and sexually harass people even if you tell them not to and your not interested they assume you are. I dont understand why anyone would want to reconnect. A lot of the ones who didn't leave after graduation are the biggest pieces of shits. I dont know why.. I mean I didnt get any worse. Why did they?

Well, true friends that deeply care about someone and value it's friendship are a rarely in HS. It's normal that you feel awkward, psychologically I'd feel like I was a kid once again, I've grown up so much since then, you feel like in order to relate with your old peers you'd have to become your former self, but that's just me.

I reconected with a highschool friend some time back and we ended up hooking up.

I assume "HS" means high school , this seemed easy enough to type to begin with . Anyhow I don't see much of a point in re connecting with high school friends and such since , if they meant that much we would be in touch . The only scenario I can see fit is the "one who got away" :) I do believe in love .

  • High school was pretty much a waste of time. I didn't hate it, but I didn't care about it.

Most of what you're taught is pointless but you can say the same for college also.

    • College teaches you something though. You expect someone to be your doctor if they know nothing about medical?

Of course education wouldn't matter to someone like you. Everything makes sense now!

      • Education doesn't equate to thinking for yourself.

Insecure? Not emotionally, and certainly not financially since I actually worked hard ;)
