Is it normal i eat when i'm bored ?

I always eat. Even when I feel I'm not that hungry. I do online so I'm at home all day bored. Ugh oh .

    i just got invisiline and eating becomes a whole process so over time i have stopped snacking. I lost 20 pounds.
