I dont go to concerts alot maybe few times yearly but everyone is drunk and busy having fun moving around I make my hands wonder. The girls are busy watching concert they dont notice!!     I play in bands and a few years ago at one of my shows there was a pervert going around doing this exact thing.
    It took me forever to get out of the venue because right after the show a bunch of cops and an ambulance showed up.
    Upon walking out front the very same man was laying in a puddle of blood with his face smashed into the concrete. It had appeared he was curb stomped and the ambulance took him away.
    I do not know if he lived.
    Do not make me wait to go home again.

      I witnessed a few of these incidents myself at parties in the past. One time, this white dude was harassing girls, touching them all over. One of the chicks told some guys about it and they beat him up really bad.
      At another party, a black dude did the same thing, groping, touching all the girls, right in front of their boyfriends and many other male friends. No one did anything...

      Apparently you can only be labeled as a pervert if you're a straight white male.
